Rain water and grey water reuse
in offices, schools and appartments


AWWS develops and also builds and maintances sustainable water reuse systems for offices, schools and appartements.  Collecting and cleaning of rain - and grey water or reuse is a contribution in order to the create a sustanainable environment.

In our vision we provide a sustainable and safe water reuse. We use a number of sustainable products that work with a very low energy and no chemicals (if necessary with a low content of "environmentally friendly " chemicals).

We use a very simple but most effective filtration method of our time. This method is a water filtration technique that filters to 0.2 microns and makes the need for chemicals very low. The filter is cleaned at regular intervals by a short reverse flow (backwash) through the filter. This technique has a ultra-low backwash method and has only a slight loss of water.

Case -  rainwater from a roof, per year:
750 l / m * 6700 sqm (roof area) = approximately 5000 per year.

The gray water and rainwater is stored separately in a storage tank so it can be reused as water for the toilets. Reception of greywater takes nearly continuous place while receiving intermittent rain. Through joint reception of both types of water after the filtration step, it creates a watermix generally suitable for use in toilets.
To clean the filter is a counterflow built. It can be activated manually or automatically. The filter will require periodic backwashing and maintenance. This can be used our service.
 

The water purification system is designed - for both rainwater and greywater recycling - with a pretreatment step. The excess water from the tank goes through the sewer. With a pump the water is pumped to a minimum pressure, through a multimedia filter. This filter only has a maximum pressure of 0.6 bar. After this treatment, the water pressure is increased and distributed to the toilet.

After the filtration step, the Pure Blue TM Disinfection will stop the growth of bacteria, and cleans the water. The filter is thus disinfected water to safely recycle it. To clean the toilet can be dosed (optional) a small amount of Pure Blue TM Cleaner into the toilet (no more cale formation) and so it can remain the hygiene. This product works on enzymes and is applied onto ships and schools. Our "complete application" creates highly sustainable and safe water reuse.

Tongue out 5 th march 2010, reaction of a customer by  year term evaluation of sales and use of PB Air.

"Conclusion of the use after one year is that 5% more sales can be attributed to the aeration. My plants were lively and i had no problems with diseases. The water is cleaner and in the summer we have 100% oxygen saturation in the cylo and 66% oxygen saturation in the closet! The oxygen meter indicated 20% more than in the cylo without aeration. Another advantage is that the walls of my cylo, by filters and aerators, clean themselves . So I'm happy.

Pure Blue Air 

PureBlue Air® is a revolutionary aerator made out of high density polypropylene, resistant to all usual chemicals present in sewage treatment plants, even in highly basic, lime-containing environments. It's a product wich is robust in handling, installation and daily use, resistent tent up to 60 0C .The special construction of PureBlue Air® produces a regular bubble structure with a maximum in oxyen input and low pressure loss.

Cleaning
The cleaning of the Pure Blue Air® aerator is not necessary in the regular plant operation. If the zone of optimal air flow on the aerators goes below for any length of time, a regular flushing of the aerators shall be provided with about 50 Nm3/hxmBel. In individual cases under extreme conditions a cleaning can be conducted with acid and formic also during operation. In the developed state the newair® aerators can be cleaned high pressure radiator.
