Pre settling by a Belt filter

PureBlue Effluent Polishing

Complete removal of particulate substances

Pure Blue Effluent Polishing is a unique micro-filtration technique based on a multimedia filter with a very low energy consumption. In this filtration process, the effluent is processed by passing it through a 4-layer multimedia filter. The 4-layer filter is made of a natural material with a high Zeta potential and removes particles as small as 0.2 μ.The water flowing through the filter is purified by separating it from the waste materials, which are captured and flushed back away from the filter backwash = 1% of incoming flow), after which the waste material can be processed further.

Pre settling - Lamella separator


A pre settling methode for high efficiency

Removal of more suspended solids out of the waste water with less space

Our lamella separator is a pre settling installation, filtration for removal of COD or removal of more suspended solids out of the waste water stream. This installation is build up out of a pyramide shaped metal housing wich contains a lamella package. These metal lamellea are elongated plates wich are installated on fixed distances and are prepared under a custom inclination.

What does the lamella separator?
When the waste water streams through the lamellea it becomes a laminar even flow. At the plate surfaces the flow reaches a 0 point  wereby the suspended solids can settle without resistance and drift into the manifold. At fixed intervals the sludge will be removed by a automic controlled valve . By this way of working arises a sudden downward flow, wich causes a additional cleaning of the lamellea. The remaind clean water flows over het top and is usuable Het schone water stroomt langs boven over en is qualified for re-use or ready for further treatment, depending on the type of waste water.
